Importing Assets

Importing assets into HubCreate is a seamless process that allows you to bring in all your existing HubSpot assets. This enables you to quickly deploy and manage a variety of assets without having to start from scratch on each new implementation. Here's a step-by-step guide to importing assets into HubCreate:

Step 1: Preparing Your Assets

Before importing assets into HubCreate, ensure that they exists in one of your HubSpot accounts. HubCreate supports various asset types, including emails, landing pages, forms, workflows, and more. You can upload as many assets as you need from the respective account and prepare them for creating a package or sending them directly via a deployment.

Step 2: Importing Assets to HubCreate

To import assets into HubCreate, go to the Asset Library section. Here, you can begin the Import Assets wizard and select as many assets as you want that exist within the HubSpot account. We do all of the formatting on our side to ensure cross-account compatability.

Step 3: Verifying Imported Assets

Once the assets are imported, HubCreate will automatically process them. You can view and verify them in the Asset Library. They are now free to be used for deployments as well as creating a package.

Importing assets into HubCreate allows you for a smooth transition of key assets to be deployed to any number of your client's HubSpot accounts, helping you quickly scale and optimize your implementations.
