Key Takeaways

At the end of every HubCreate Audit, you'll find a dedicated "Key Findings & Recommendations" section. This final portion of the audit summarizes the most critical insights across marketing, sales, CRM hygiene, and account configuration — making it easy to prioritize next steps.

How the Key Takeaways Work:

  1. Flags (Issues Identified): Critical gaps or concerns found during the audit are highlighted under "Issues." These flags are automatically generated based on clear criteria — for example, "50% of users are Super Admins" or "No active deal workflows found."
  2. Positive Highlights: Achievements or strong areas are surfaced under "Highlights." These celebrate strengths like high email engagement rates, properly used lifecycle stages, or excellent object data quality.

Partner Comments (Optional Customization):

In addition to automated findings, partners have the option to add custom commentary to each audit. This allows for personalized observations, client-specific context, or strategic recommendations that go beyond automated analysis.

  • 📝 Comments are added manually via the Audit History table by clicking the "Edit Partner Comments" button.
  • 👤 The system records who last edited the comments and when the edit was made — ensuring full visibility.
  • ✨ The partner comments appear directly beneath the Key Findings section in the audit report.

By combining structured audit flags with partner-specific insights, the Key Takeaways section delivers both automated precision and human expertise — giving clients a complete action plan.
