The HubCreate Connector Chrome extension lets HubCreate import and deploy Dashboards, Reports, and Lead Scores using your active HubSpot browser session. This guide covers installation, verification, and keeping the extension up to date.
Requirements
app.hubspot.com (or your regional hublet such as app-na1.hubspot.com or app-eu1.hubspot.com)Step 1 — Install the Extension
The extension requires the following permissions:

| cookies | Reads HubSpot session cookies so API calls run as the logged-in user on the correct portal |
| storage | Stores lightweight extension state (for example, last-known portal context) |
| tabs | Detects which HubSpot regional app host you have open |
| HubSpot host permissions | Executes import and deploy requests against HubSpot on your behalf |
After installation, the HubCreate icon appears in your Chrome toolbar. If you do not see it, click the puzzle-piece icon and pin HubCreate Connector.
Step 2 — Verify on HubCreate
You can also click the HubCreate Connector icon in the toolbar to open the popup and confirm your HubSpot session status and portal ID.

Updating the Extension
Chrome auto-updates extensions in the background. To force an immediate update:
chrome://extensionsAfter an update, refresh any open HubCreate tabs so the latest connector version is used.
Uninstalling
Right-click the HubCreate Connector icon and select Remove from Chrome. Your HubCreate account, connected portals, and imported assets are unaffected — they live on the server and remain available in the web dashboard.
