Workflow map report

Every completed map has a public, shareable report. Open it from the map’s left rail (Full report) or from the Workflow Maps list. Anyone with the link can view it — no HubCreate login required.

Health score

The score is the share of workflows with no warning or critical flags. Informational items (inactive, possible duplicates, inactive standalones) are listed for awareness and do not reduce the score.

What the report includes

• Analysis — status mix, issues by severity, and object-type breakdown.
• Key findings — grouped issue cards with severity, description, example chips, and recommended actions.
• Connections — counts, connection types, most-connected workflows, and clusters (each cluster names a center workflow).
• Inventory — searchable, filterable table of every workflow in the map (25 per page).
• Most-used properties — properties written most often across automations.
• Recommendations and optional partner comments.

Findings you will see

The OAuth map uses structural flags such as broken enrollments, empty workflows, stale workflows, standalones, duplicate property writes (same property and value), missing triggers, circular dependencies, inactive workflows, and possible name duplicates. It does not score CSV-era naming prefixes.
