Deploying with the Extension

Deploying Dashboards, Reports, or Lead Scores requires HubCreate Connector so HubCreate can create those assets in the target portal using your HubSpot session.

Before You Start

• Install HubCreate Connector from the Chrome Web Store
• Have the assets available in your HubCreate library (imported previously)
• Log in to the target HubSpot portal in Chrome and keep a HubSpot tab open

How to Deploy

1. Start a new deployment and choose the target portal.
2. Select Dashboards, Reports, and/or Lead Scores (and any other assets) from your library.
3. On Review & Deploy, HubCreate checks for the extension. If it is installed and you are logged into the target portal, you can deploy.
4. If the extension is missing, install it from the prompt, refresh, and try again. Deploy stays disabled until the connector is detected.

Portal Matching

The extension verifies that your active HubSpot session matches the deployment target. If you are logged into a different portal, switch accounts in HubSpot (or open the correct portal tab), refresh the extension status from the toolbar popup, then retry the deployment.
