Importing with the Extension

Dashboards, Reports, and Lead Scores are fetched through the HubCreate Connector during the Import Assets wizard. Follow these steps to import them alongside your other HubSpot assets.

Before You Start

• Install HubCreate Connector from the Chrome Web Store
• Connect the source HubSpot portal in HubCreate
• Log in to that same portal in Chrome and leave a HubSpot tab open

How to Import

1. Go to Import Assets and select the source portal.
2. On the Select Assets step, wait for the extension status banner. When connected, HubCreate fetches Dashboards, Reports, and Lead Scores automatically.
3. Use the sidebar filters for Dashboards, Reports, or Lead Scores (these types are marked as requiring the extension).
4. Select the assets you need, continue through the wizard, and complete the import.

If the Extension Is Missing

HubCreate shows a warning that Dashboards, Reports, and Lead Scores are unavailable. Use the Install Extension button to open the Chrome Web Store, install the connector, then refresh the page and try again.

Tips

• Other asset types still import normally via OAuth even if the extension is not installed
• If counts stay at zero for extension types, confirm you are logged into the correct portal and see Extension Troubleshooting
