Custom Branding

Custom branding lets you present Portal Audit reports in your agency’s look — or a specific client’s. Colors, fonts, and logos apply to the public audit report. HubCreate defaults are used until you set branding.

Resolution is client account → organization → HubCreate default. Set partner branding once for every audit, then override it per HubSpot account when a client should look different.

Partner branding

Partner branding is your organization brand. It is the default for every Portal Audit unless a client account has its own colors, font, or logo.

Partner branding — organization logo, colors, and font in Settings.

Where to set it

Open Settings → Organization. Two cards apply:

  • Organization Information — upload the organization logo (PNG, JPG, or JPEG).
  • Portal Audit Branding — primary color, secondary color, and font.

Options

  • Primary color — audit header background, charts, and buttons.
  • Secondary color — accents in charts and buttons. Both colors must be set for custom colors to apply.
  • Font — Default (Inter / Lexend Deca), Inter, Lexend Deca, Source Sans 3, DM Sans, or Work Sans.
  • Logo — shown as Prepared By on the audit header. If there is no logo, the organization name is used instead.

Clear a color field and save to remove custom colors and fall back to HubCreate defaults.

Where it shows

On every Portal Audit report that does not have client-level colors or font:

  • Header gradient and contrast text
  • Prepared By — your organization logo (or name)
  • Charts, buttons, and report typography

Workflow Maps and other HubCreate screens do not use this branding.

Client branding

Client branding is optional and is stored on a connected HubSpot account. When set, that client’s Portal Audits use their logo, colors, and font instead of the organization defaults.

Client branding — per-account logo, colors, and font on a connected HubSpot account.

Where to set it

  1. Open HubSpot Accounts.
  2. On the account row, choose Actions → Edit.
  3. Use the Client Audit Branding section, then save.

Options

  • Client logo — shown as Prepared For on that client’s audit header. PNG, JPG, or JPEG.
  • Primary and secondary colors — same uses as partner branding. Leave empty to use organization (or HubCreate) colors.
  • Font — choose a font, or Use organization branding to inherit the partner font.

Where it shows

Only on Portal Audit reports for that HubSpot account:

  • Prepared For — the client logo (or the account name if no logo is uploaded)
  • Header, charts, buttons, and typography when client colors or font are set

Other clients keep partner branding. Remove the client logo or clear the color fields to fall back to the organization settings.
